THE KINGSTON CENTRAL COMMUNITY SAFETY & SECURITY POLICE TEAM
The NERUF'S PANTRY venture was started to provide food for the less fortunate and the shut-ins during lockdown periods in Jamaica.
On the days that we can, through the help of Miracle Catering we are able to provide a cooked lunch for our clients along with a "small pot" care package.
HOW IT WORKS?
We ask that you search your kitchen for any little thing that you can afford to donate towards our venture. The items for donation are collected from you by one of our team members . We then pair your donation with other items and create a basic meal for our clients.
We pair bread or crackers with tea bag and sugar
Rice , Flour or macaroni with sardine, tuna , corn beef, tin salmon or tin mackerel
We also find ways to improvise so we have paired potato chips with tin protein items when supplies run low.
